Commerical Vendors

Welcome to another year at the Meramec Community Fair. It's time to make your reservations for Commercial and Arts & Crafts booths. 10' x 10' spaces, or larger, are available. There are pavilion spaces and open-air spaces to choose from. Prices vary depending upon which location you choose.

This year, every vendor may sell merchandise and both commercial vendors and arts and crafts vendors will be mixed together. You are encouraged to conduct drawings or register-to-win promotions in your booth throughout the Fair.

If this is the first time you will be attending the Meramec Community Fair, you must include a picture and brief description of what you have to offer with your application. The Fair Board has the right to refuse the sale of any item deemed inappropriate, or illegal, by the City of Sullivan or state regulations.

Set-up for vendors will be between noon and 3:00 pm on Thursday, June 23. If additional time is needed, please make arrangements by calling Kim Enloe at 573-468-5419.

For a complete list of rules and regulations, or to have an application mailed to you, contact Kim Enloe, or call the Fair office at 573-860-2861. All reservations made prior to June 1st require a deposit of 100%. Reservations made after June 1st must be paid in full by cash, money order or cashier's check only. Final payments made after June 6th must be made in the same manner mentioned above.

Spaces rent out quickly, and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so get your reservations in quickly.
